Steam Working Weekend & Deeside RFC Car Boot Sale
After competing with 2 jumble sales and the Balmoral races on Saturday, brighter weather on the Sunday saw a busy day at the Milton of Crathes where Deeside RFC raised over £1000 through car-booters and generous donations on the gate. A fine display by the Deeside Steam and Vintage Club’s engines, large and small, gratefully sponsored by Deeside Coal, meant the new road through the field will much improve this year’s Rally. The club would like to thank all those who so kindly gave up their time over both days to make such a successful event. 26/04/10
